Tribe Hockey helps open Colonial Williamsburg ice rink

Tribe Hockey players celebrated the opening of Liberty's Ice Pavilion in Colonial Williamsburg by skating with children and families in need of instruction. The outdoor rink is located at 311 Duke of Gloucester Street in front of the John Blair House. The community and tourism project is supported by a $150,000 grant from the Dominion Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Dominion Resources. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held the night before with Colonial Williamsburg’s new mascot Liberty, the attraction’s namesake, in attendance.
